We love a theme, and in 2024 it’s all about the letter “S”!

Our summer solstice celebration will incorporate a good STRETCH with Quinton’s favourite Pilates teacher Anna Kryvenko embracing the high energy of the midsummer with some dynamic movement. Next up will be a SWIM in the garden’s natural swimming pond, before we settle down for a gorgeous immersive SOUND-BATH, led by the awesome Jojo Sounds. To round off the evening there’ll be home-brewed SHRUBS to drink (non-alcoholic and super-friendly for the gut!) and some SWEET SNACKS to finish.

Taking place in Quinton Old Rectory garden, we hope you’ll be STAMPEDING to secure your place on our SUPER event (sorry - enough now.)

Spaces at the celebration are just £30, including refreshments. We’re limiting numbers to 24. This event sold out quickly last year, so please get in early to secure your space

NB: this is an outdoor event, so weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rearranged and refunds offered to anyone who cannot make the revised date

Please note: It’s advised not to attend a sound bath if you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy (0-12 weeks), have a pacemaker/defib or diagnosed heart condition or cardiovascular disorder, are epileptic or have any metal implanted in the body (eg joint replacements)
